Designer Eizo teamed up with Butter, a Berlin/Dusseldorf ad agency to create this x-ray pin-up calender for 2010. Eizo’s medical imaging high precision displays for the examination and diagnosis of radiographs.
Whereas craftsmen are showered with pin-up-calendars at the end of every year, this kind of present is less popular among medics. EIZO breaks this taboo. This pin-up calendar shows absolutely every detail.
Bizarre and genial idea, a flick for today’s all-naked women.

Red Hot Annie began as a pinup model since 2003. Drawing on over a decade of performance background, she turned her attentions to burlesque in early 2008. Three years and over 300 performances later, she has become one of the most recognizable and visible faces in Chicago burlesque, blending comedy, sexiness, and storytelling into a crowd-pleasing style.

In July 2008, she paired up with Dick Dijon to form Vaudezilla, a production company that has become a major force in Chicago by redefining the burlesque bar show and setting a new standard for burlesque variety shows. Always looking to branch out, Red Hot Annie began teaching burlesque in 2009 and currently teaches basic, intermediate, and semi-private classes at Vaudezilla Studios. She also serves as one of the Executive Producers of the Windy City Burlesque Fest since its inception in 2010.

Her impact in Chicago is undeniable, as evidenced by her numerous interviews (TimeOut Chicago, The Chicago Reader) and her appearances on Check Please, WGN radio, WCIU television, and along with Vaudezilla – as the subjects of a recently completed documentary film, entitled “What a Tease!” She has also begun to make waves on the international burlesque scene, having been voted #34 in the Burlesque Top 50 for 2010.
Ask anyone, and they’ll tell you: she really knows how to make the wieners boil!

Nivea creme is one of the most famous and loved beauty products of the world. It beloved nowadays also and it has many variations – to orientate to today’s claims. This product existing really long time ago, this year is the 100. birthday of it! I’m sure that most of today’s people like it and of course, our grandmothers also liked it in the golden ages of pin-up!

In 1911 chemist Isaac Lifschütz and his team used a water-in-oil emulsion with Eucerit as a basis for developing the world’s first refatting and moisturizing cream. By as early as 1914, NIVEA was already represented in 34 countries around the world and had a great success with this product.

The name “Nivea” cames from it’s white color is what gave the cream its name, which is derived from the Latin “nix, nivis” – snow.

Because this is a historical beauty product, it helped lots of women, men and children in the world to reach a groomed and beautiful skin, as much as pin-ups! So let’s see some vintage commercials of it:
