The roots of pin-up art 1

Let me start in the XIX. century when the old victorian society started to disappear very fast.

In this age posters, calendars, magazines and advertisements with young, beautiful women were popular more and more. Jules Chéret said to be the inventor of posters. He born in Paris and he was typographer.

He had a huge revelation that there was/is a huge potential on this technology and medium. He also reveal that young, beautiful, neat wonem are give totally success for an advertisment, a product because it was NEW to take aim at more audience. Lots of advertiser followed him. He worked many companies like the Palais de Glace on Champs Elisées, Folies Bergere and Job who made cigarette papers. Never mind what the subject is he present everything with attractive women and-of course- he was prosperous.
